Legal Remedies for Non-Compliance:

  1. Invoicing and Payment:

    • Users agree to be invoiced for commission fees at the end of each month for services rendered.

    • Payment of commission fees is due within two weeks of invoice receipt, unless otherwise stated.

  2. Late Payments:

    • Users are obliged to pay commission fees promptly upon receipt of invoice.

    • If payment is not received by the end of the month, users will receive a warning notice from NexonSync.

  3. Warning Notice:

    • Users will be provided with a warning notice at the end of the month if payment is not received.

    • The warning notice will provide an additional two-week grace period for payment to be made.

  4. Legal Action:

    • Failure to settle outstanding commission fees within the two-week grace period may result in legal action being taken by NexonSync. This may include but is not limited to debt collection proceedings, termination of services, and pursuit of legal remedies available under applicable laws.

  5. User Responsibilities:

    • Users are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate and up to date.

    • Users are also responsible for promptly responding to communication regarding payment matters from NexonSync.

By using our services and accepting these terms, users agree to adhere to the invoicing and payment terms outlined above. Failure to comply may result in consequences as stated, including legal action.

Refund Policy

- Non-Refundable Services:
  - Digital Services: Services that have been completed and features that have been utilized are non-refundable due to their immediate access upon purchase, including any period of usage, even partial, within subscribed plans.
  - Tailored Solutions: Custom-developed solutions or integrations created for specific client needs are non-refundable once delivered and accepted.

  - Technical Issues: If you encounter a technical issue preventing access or usage of a purchased service, we will make every effort to resolve it promptly. If a solution cannot be found within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
  - Unintentional Purchase: We may consider offering a refund upon review of your request if you unintentionally purchase a service due to technical errors or verifiable extenuating circumstances. You will be refunded within 2-3 business days of purchase.
  - Subscription Cancellations: While cancellations are accepted anytime, refunds are not issued for unused portions of prepaid subscription terms.
